Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in BD/Partner management or ecosystem roles in cloud/ICT.
• Strong understanding of cloud products and platforms (SaaS/PaaS/public/private/hybrid).
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Huawei Cloud ecosystem through partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs, and channel partners.
• Lead GTM activities and cloud marketplace initiatives with ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, enablement, and performance evaluation.
• Provide market insights, forecasts, and ecosystem analysis to grow Huawei Cloud’s market position.
