Divine Oracular Assistance seeks a client-facing specialist to guide new leads from initial consultation through after-sales support, building trust and delivering a calm, positive experience aligned with our mission.

You will educate clients on DOA's methods, manage scheduling and payments, nurture relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while achieving team sales targets in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Ability to explain intangible services clearly.
• Strong presentation and consultation skills, both online and in person.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner of CRM and other systems.
• Interest in personal development and emotional healing is a plus.
• Willing to work in hybrid/shifted arrangement with weekend events.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming leads and conduct initial consultations to understand prospective clients' needs.
• Educate clients about DOA's methods and services and recommend suitable options based on established guidelines.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline through decision or closing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through an ethical and consultative approach.
• Assist clients with service information, scheduling, payments, rescheduling, and administrative needs such as data entry, record-keeping and reporting across relevant systems.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify relevant opportunities for further services.
• Support lead generation through databases, referrals, communities, events, and networking when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive end-to-end client experience.
