Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy in BSD, Tangerang, is seeking a proactive HR Generalist/Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from manpower planning and posting to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination.

You will maintain a talent pipeline, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and ensure confidentiality of employee documentation. Excellent English or Mandarin communication is required, with willingness to work from our BSD office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Fresh Graduate with 1–2 years of experience as HR Generalist or Recruiter.
• Detail-oriented & data-driven; interest in HR analytics is a plus.
• Master organizer with excellent time management.
• Proactive and able to handle a full plate.
• Excellent English or Mandarin communication skills.
• Willing to work from our BSD, Tangerang office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Source and attract qualified candidates via portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, networks and other platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule the interview process for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and follow up with candidates for timely progress.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee documentation from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist in planning and executing company events and HR initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower planning and job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, professional networks, and other talent acquisition platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule the entire interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure timely progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee documentation from onboarding through offboarding.
• Assist in planning and executing company events and employee engagement activities, such as annual gatherings, team-building activities, and other HR initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and overall employee experience.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Fresh Graduate and proven experience (min. 1-2 years) as an HR Generalist or as Recruiter
• Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven - have an eagle eye for accuracy and are passionate about using data to tell a story and drive decisions. An interest in HR analytics is a huge plus
• Master Organizer - excel at time management and prioritizing a demanding task list
