H-ostel Bali is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full-cycle talent processes—from posting roles and screening applicants to interviewing and guiding onboarding. You will maintain HR records, support payroll/benefits, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

Oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, from publishing vacancies and screening applicants to conducting interviews and guiding new employee onboarding.
Foster positive employee relations by acting as a liaison between staff and leadership to cultivate a healthy workplace culture.
Maintain accurate HR and personnel records, including monitoring attendance, leave requests, overtime hours, and employment contract extensions (PKWT/PKWTT).
Administer employee compensation and benefits packages, including payroll processing data and BPJS registration/management.
Assist with performance management evaluations and help identify skills gaps for employee training and career development initiatives.
Guarantee that internal policies, employee handbooks, and operational standards align with current labor laws and statutory regulations.
Compile and analyze HR metrics to produce insightful reports for executive decision-making.
Collaborate across departments to facilitate daily HR workflows and organize company-wide internal activities.
Execute additional HR operational duties and ad-hoc projects as directed by management.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent discipline.
Proven track record of at least 2–3 years in an HR Generalist or equivalent human resources capacity.
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor legislation and employment standards.
Demonstrated background in handling talent acquisition, workplace relations, and basic payroll/benefits administration.
Superior interpersonal, communication, and conflict management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) along with experience operating HRIS and time-tracking systems.
High degree of professional integrity and discretion when handling sensitive corporate and personnel information.
Self-motivated, meticulous, and capable of working effectively both autonomously and collaboratively.
