Job summary

PT Victorindo Pratama Mandiri (Victorindo Group) is seeking an HR Development professional in Medan to lead Learning & Development, competency frameworks, and talent management programs for a manufacturing and engineering environment.

You will partner with management and operations to design training plans, conduct TNA, strengthen the Victorindo Learning Centre, and support talent review and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions.

• Develop and implement Learning & Development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training plans, training matrix, and training effectiveness evaluation.

Job description

• Develop and implement Learning & Development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training plans, training matrix, and training effectiveness evaluation.
• Manage and strengthen the Victorindo Learning Centre and employee development programs.
• Conduct Talent Review, identify High Potential employees, and support talent pool and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, competency assessments, and gap analysis.
• Support Performance Management and KPI calibration processes.
• Support manpower planning and conduct recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment processes.
• Support employee engagement, culture, and recognition programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machinery, industrial equipment, fabrication, automation, or similar technical business environments.
• Good understanding of technical and engineering manpower, such as engineers, technicians, production, project, and sales engineering positions.
• Experience in several areas such as L&D, competency management, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, manpower planning, or performance management.
• Strong communication, analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively with both management and operational teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in machinery, industrial equipment, engineering products, or related industries.
• Experience working in a multi-company or Group structure.
