Adibayu Group is seeking a People and Organizational Development Specialist in Jakarta to strengthen organizational design, role clarity, and competency mapping across business units.

You will develop JDs, standardize HR SOPs, manage KPI cycles, conduct TNA, and support talent planning. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Visio, Excel, Google Sheets are essential for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or Organizational Development.
• 3–5 years in People Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, competency mapping, job analysis, performance management, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Experienced in developing SOPs, policies, and HR system standardization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational structures, functions, and role distribution; provide recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Develop, review, and update Job Descriptions (JDs) and standardize HR SOPs.
• Develop and manage the Competency Matrix covering Core, Behavioral, and Technical Competencies.
• Manage the KPI / Performance Management cycle, including target setting, monitoring, and reviews.
• Analyze competency gaps and conduct Training Needs Analysis for development plans.
• Support Talent & Succession Planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct Employee Engagement surveys and support culture initiatives.
• Prepare People & Organization Development reports and drive continuous improvement.

Organization Design & Structure : Analyze the effectiveness of organizational structures, functions, and role distribution, and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Description & Work Standardization : Develop, review, and update Job Descriptions (JDs) and support the standardization of HR SOPs to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.

Competency Management : Develop and manage the Competency Matrix covering Core, Behavioral, and Technical Competencies as a foundation for recruitment, employee development, performance assessment, and promotion.

Performance Management : Manage the KPI / Performance Management cycle, from target setting and performance monitoring to mid-year review and year-end performance evaluation.

Gap Analysis & Training Needs Analysis : Analyze competency gaps between job requirements and employee capabilities, and conduct TNA to develop appropriate employee development recommendations.

Talent & Succession Planning : Support the identification of Key Talents, talent mapping, and Succession Planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline for strategic positions.

Employee Engagement & Culture : Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys, analyze the results, and support initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, company values, and organizational culture.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement : Prepare People & Organization Development reports and recommend improvements to HR systems and organizational development processes based on data and business needs.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in People Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, or related HR functions.

Strong understanding of KPI development, competency mapping, job analysis, performance management, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Experienced in developing SOPs, policies, and HR system standardization.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights for business decision-making.

Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
