Job summary

Victorindo Group seeks an HR Development Specialist to strengthen our People Development and Talent Management initiatives across the Group. This role covers both People Development and Talent Acquisition, focusing on developing employee capabilities, strengthening the talent pipeline, and supporting HR systems in a growing manufacturing and engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, machinery, industrial equipment, fabrication, automation, or similar technical environments.
• Strong understanding of engineers, technicians, production, project, and sales engineering roles.
• Experience in L&D, competency management, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, manpower planning, or performance management.
• Strong communication, analytical, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively with management and operational teams.
• Preferred: experience in machinery, industrial equipment, engineering products, or related industries.
• Experience working in multi-company or Group structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Learning & Development programs, including TNA, training plans, training matrix, and training effectiveness evaluation.
• Manage and strengthen the Victorindo Learning Centre and employee development programs.
• Conduct Talent Review, identify High Potential employees, and support talent pool and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, competency assessments, and gap analysis.
• Support Performance Management and KPI calibration processes.
• Support manpower planning and conduct recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment processes.
• Support employee engagement, culture, and recognition programs.
