Job summary

Erajaya Group in West Jakarta is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner Assistant Manager to support the development and implementation of our people strategy. You will work closely with management to drive talent initiatives that align with the business objectives.

The role requires 3-5 years in HR BP or HR generalist roles, a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, strong data skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

About the roleAs the Human Capital Business Partner Assistant Manager at Erajaya Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of the company's human capital strategy. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, and will involve partnering with key stakeholders to drive people-focused initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Providing HR business partner support to management, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving

Assisting in the design and delivery of talent management programs, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning

Contributing to the implementation of human capital policies, procedures, and best practices

Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide valuable insights to support decision-making

Partnering with the HR team to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment

Assisting in the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives

Providing administrative support and HR-related guidance to the business
