Job summary

Erajaya Group seeks a skilled professional to lead retail site expansion across mall environments. You will identify prospective locations, map viable areas, and negotiate lease terms with owners and building management to stay within budget.

The role requires strong data management, collaboration, and travel readiness to cover multiple sites and partners in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Minimum 2-5 year(s) of working experience in business development and channel development field (retail business background preferably).
• Experienced in Retail industry and opening store in mall.
• Good in managing data.
• Good in team work and communication skill.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Search and find location for opening new store for retail business.
• Planning & mapping potential area for retail location.
• Negotiation of the price for extending land lease with external (land owner and building management).
• Ensuring the rent price is still within the budget.
• Closing process of all documents related especially Berita Acara Kesepakatan (land owner) and agreement.
