Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 4 years experience as HRBP or HC Generalist.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Expert in MS Excel and MS Visio.
• Knowledge in Talent Management and Organization Development is a plus.

• Competence in HC Operations from manpower planning to rotation, transfer, promotion, demotion.
