Job summary

Erajaya Group in West Jakarta is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner Assistant Manager to support the development and implementation of our people strategy. You will work closely with management to drive talent initiatives that align with the business objectives.

The role requires 3-5 years in HR BP or HR generalist roles, a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, strong data skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR business partner or HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with HR data analysis and metrics interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with HR information systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partner support to management and promote collaboration.
• Design and deliver talent management programs including performance, learning & development, succession planning.
• Assist in implementing human capital policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Partner with HR team to address employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate and execute HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support and HR guidance to the business.
