Job summary

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner Assistant Manager to lead HC operations, manpower planning, organization design, and policy development, with a focus on rotations, promotions, and demotions.

The role requires strong HC knowledge across recruitment, training, performance management, industrial relations, compensation, and talent management, plus ability to engage with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience as HRBP, HC Generalist or related.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Expert using Ms. Excel and Ms. Visio.
• Knowledge of Talent Management and Organization Development will be an advantage.
• Have the experience to handle team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Agile personality.
