Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR information systems and MS Office.
• Leadership experience (preferred).

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HRGA Manager to join our team in Tangerang, Banten on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing both human resources and general administration functions, serving as a key strategic partner to the business. The HRGA Manager will play an integral part in shaping our workplace culture, managing our people operations, and ensuring our administrative processes support the organisation's objectives. You will report directly to senior leadership and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness.

What you'll be doing :

• Developing and implementing human resources strategies and policies that align with company objectives and support business growth
• Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Overseeing general administration functions, including office management, facilities coordination, and administrative support services
• Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and creating a positive workplace environment
• Ensuring compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR and administrative functions
• Managing payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Conducting training needs assessments and coordinating professional development programmes for staff
• Preparing HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives
• Liaising with external partners, including recruitment agencies, legal advisors, and service providers
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive, engaged workplace culture

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a Consulting or HR Services environment
• Proven experience managing both human resources and general administration functions within a role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Leadership capability and experience in managing or supervising team members (preferred)
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives (preferred)
