Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee end-to-end HR functions at the head office and manage the on-site HR team. You will collaborate closely with top management to align company policies, values and cultures across the organization.

The role requires a strong background in mining industry HR structures and KPIs, with hands-on experience building HR functions from MPP to KPI and a willingness to work full-time at the Tangerang site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experiences in human resources function, 5 years within managerial level.
• Experience in Coal Mining companies, especially Kalimantan sites.
• Proven experiences in setting up HR structures and function, from MPP to KPI.
• Willing to work fully from office in Tangerang area.
• Good communications and negotiation skills, able to engage with both top management and site personnels.
