Job summary

PT Beepr Trans Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations. The role ensures payroll accuracy, policy development, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.

The candidate will oversee HR administration, support performance development, and guide local HR & Admin teams in line with HQ requirements. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• 5–8 years HR experience, preferably in a company with >100 staff.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions: recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, IR, HR admin.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviews, references, offers.
• Manage performance evaluation and employee development programs.
• Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with managers to provide timely HR information.
• Provide training and guidance to local HR & Admin teams.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and data analysis.
• Handle foreign staff/immigration (visa, KITAS) for expats.
• Oversee admin operations: office setup, procurement, team-building.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Main Responsibilities

Manage overall HR functions: Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, and HR Administration.

Monitorend-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interview, reference check and offering)

Manage employee performance evaluation and development programs

Propose, draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and SLA based on the business models and requirements.

Closely work with the Mangers and provide managementl info accurately, efficiently and on-time.

Provide guidance and on-job training to the team members and ensure the well operation of the local HR & Admin teams in line with the Headquarters’requirement.

Ensure compliance with Indonesia Labor Law and government regulations

Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and HR data analysis

Foreign staff & Immigration Handling, eg Busniess Visa, KITAS application for Expats

All function Admin operations, eg office movement, decoration, procurement and team building arrangements. etc

Adhoc tasks assigned by the managers.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degreeor above

At least 5-8 years working experience as an HR preferred working for the organization of more than 100 staff.

Strong knowledge of locallabor law and HR best practices.

Ability to work independently, can-do attitude and self-driven

Bahasa and English workable, and mandarin will be a plus.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, Strong leadershipand problem-solving skills

Able to work in fast-paced companies, diversified business models, multi-task environment.
