Key responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
- Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Prepare manpower planning according to business and operational requirements.
- Manage permanent and temporary workforce requirements.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, absenteeism, turnover and manpower productivity.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
2. Industrial Relations & Employment Law
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial-relations issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with employees, worker and labour provider (third-party).
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Dinas Tenaga Kerja and other relevant government authorities.
- Handle employment disputes and labour-related issues professionally and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure proper implementation of employment agreements, company regulations and disciplinary procedures.
3. Temporary Workforce Management
- Plan and manage temporary workers in cooperation with Operations.
- Ensure proper documentation, attendance, contracts and manpower administration.
- Monitor temporary workforce productivity, turnover and cost.
- Coordinate with manpower suppliers/vendors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations.
4. People Development
- Develop annual training and employee-development programs.
- Identify competency gaps and development needs.
- Develop supervisors and future leaders.
- Implement performance-management and KPI processes.
- Develop career paths and succession planning.
- Improve employee engagement, retention and organizational culture.
5. Payroll & HR Administration
- Work closely with Payroll consultant to ensure salary paid on time
- Supervise payroll, attendance, overtime, leave and employee benefits administration.
- Monitor employment contracts and other employee documentation.
- Manage office/factory administration, facilities, security, transportation, accommodation and other general-affairs activities.
- Manage GA vendors and service providers.
- Ensure company facilities and employee services support smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with relevant external parties and local authorities.
7. Management Reporting
- Prepare regular HRGA reports for Board Meeting.
- Provide analysis on manpower costs, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, recruitment, training and employee relations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S1 in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Industrial Relations, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably with experience as HR / HRGA Supervisor.
- Strong practical knowledge of Indonesian employment/labour regulations.
- Strong experience in industrial relations and employee relations.
- Proven experience dealing with Dinas Tenaga Kerja or other government manpower authorities.
- Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases and labour disputes.
- Experience managing employee and temporary workers is highly preferred.
- Experience in soft commodities trading, manufacturing, processing, FMCG, agriculture, plantation, logistics or similar labour-intensive industries is an advantage.
- Strong experience in recruitment, manpower planning, and HR administration.
- Proven experience in people development, training, performance management and succession planning.
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills is a must.
- Willing to be based onsite in Bandar Lampung.
