Job summary

PT Mirael Natural Indonesia in Cipondoh, Banten is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, payroll, training, IR, and GA.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of HRGA leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or Law, and proven ability to work under pressure.

You will implement SOPs, monitor KPI/OKR, manage payroll accuracy, attendance, benefits, and oversee HRIS and administrative processes to support a high-performance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM or Law.
• 5–10 years of HRGA Manager experience.
• Experience in end-to-end HR: recruitment, payroll, training, KPI, IR, GA.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions end-to-end: recruitment, payroll, training & development, performance management, IR, GA.
• Control and ensure smooth payroll, overtime, and employee benefits processes in accordance with company policies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate SOPs, HR policies, and company regulations.
• Manage performance appraisal systems (KPI/OKR) and regularly monitor employee performance.
• Monitor employee discipline (attendance, shifts, overtime, compliance with regulations).
• Develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement.
• Oversee HRIS implementation and HR administration to ensure effectiveness and accuracy.
