Job summary

Innovation Factory Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR & GA leader to align people strategies with business goals in Jakarta. You will design scalable HR policies, lead the HRGA team, and optimize the full employee lifecycle from planning to offboarding.

You will drive organizational development, culture initiatives, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while leveraging HRIS and data analytics for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in HR & GA, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in end-to-end HR: recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance, OD, ER, and GA.
  • Strong HR operations, strategic thinking, and ability to map organization with helicopter view.
  • Proven leadership to coach and develop teams; drive change and business objectives.
  • Proficient in HRIS and HR analytics; strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HR & GA functions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and systems for scalable organization.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle: manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, comp & benefits, performance, learning, ER, offboarding.
  • Drive organizational development, engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Oversee GA operations: facilities, assets, vendors, workplace services.
  • Partner with management using data-driven workforce planning and organizational mapping.
  • Lead and develop HRGA team and ensure compliance with labor regulations and ongoing process improvements via HRIS.

Job description

  • Lead and oversee all HR & GA functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and systems to build a structured, efficient, and scalable organization.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee General Affairs operations, including office facilities, assets, vendors, and workplace support services.
  • Partner with management by providing strategic workforce planning, organizational mapping, and people-related recommendations through data-driven analysis.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HRGA team while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and continuous process improvement through HRIS and digitalization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, culture & engagement, and General Affairs.
  • Strong HR operations skill and strategic thinking with the ability to build HR systems, improve processes, and provide organizational mapping with a helicopter view.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, support, and develop teams while driving change and business objectives.
  • Proficient in HRIS and HR analytics, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
