Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of HR General Affairs to oversee the GA function, lead the GA team, and ensure compliant policies across operations and administration. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, industrial relations, and daily HR operations while coordinating with the international HR team, including stakeholders in China.

• Minimum 5 years in HR Generalist/HR Management roles.
• Strong experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, and employee management.
• Experience handling Industrial Relations is highly preferred.
