Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Organization Development initiatives, including structure, manpower planning, role clarity, job descriptions, and performance management systems.
• Strengthen Industrial Relations and employment practices, ensuring alignment with labor regulations and business needs.
• Manage end-to-end talent processes including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and employee development initiatives.
• Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, compensation and benefits to support organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee data, and reporting.
• Manage General Affairs, including workplace operations, facilities, vendors, and administrative support.
• Act as trusted HR partner to management by providing practical recommendations on people and organizational matters.
• Support organizational change initiatives and communicate HR improvements across the organization.

Job description

We are currently hiring an HRGA Manager for our client, a company specializing in medical products and devices. This role will oversee end-to-end Human Resources and General Affairs functions while playing a key role in strengthening the organization’s HR foundation, particularly in Organization Development (OD) and Industrial Relations (IR). The ideal candidate is an experienced HR generalist with broad exposure across HR functions and strong expertise in OD and IR. This person should be comfortable working across both strategic and operational HR matters, balancing business needs, regulatory requirements, and people considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Organization Development initiatives, including organizational structure, manpower planning, role clarity, job descriptions, performance management, and related people systems.
• Strengthen Industrial Relations and employment practices, including employee relations and disciplinary matters, while ensuring alignment with applicable labor regulations and business needs.
• Manage end-to-end talent processes, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and employee development initiatives.
• Review, develop, and improve HR policies, SOPs, compensation & benefits practices, and other HR processes to support organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee key HR operations, including HR administration, payroll coordination, employee data, and reporting.
• Manage General Affairs activities, including workplace operations, facilities, vendors, and other administrative support.
• Act as a trusted HR partner to management by providing practical recommendations on people and organizational matters.
• Support organizational change initiatives and communicate HR improvements effectively across different levels of the organization.
