Job summary

Dynapack Asia in Bekasi, Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR & GA Generalist to lead daily HR and GA operations, serving as the main point of contact for employee relations and operational inquiries.

You will supervise attendance, leave, and payroll data preparation, manage end-to-end GA activities, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure service levels. The role requires solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS requirements, with coordination across management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR & GA Generalist (manufacturing experience is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and basic industrial relations.
• Hands-on experience with General Affairs, facilities, and coordinating with vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels, unions (if applicable), and management.

• Manage and evaluate external vendor relationships (e.g., outsourcing agencies) to ensure service levels are consistently met.
• Monitor company compliance with local labor regulations, BPJS requirements, and internal company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR & GA Generalist (experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage).
• Solid practical knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and basic industrial relations.
• Hands-on experience handling General Affairs, facility management, and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels, labor unions (if applicable), and management.
