Job summary

PT FENI HALTIM is seeking an HR Staff specializing in Mandarin to manage HR administration, payroll, and employee records in East Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia. The role involves handling BPJS, contract renewals, and recruitment support, with a focus on compliance with labor regulations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in related fields and have 2+ years' HR experience, proficiency in Excel and HRIS, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management or related field.
• 2+ years in HR Generalist, Payroll or HR Admin.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll, BPJS, PPh 21.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and HRIS/payroll systems.
• HR staff certification from BNSP preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration, payroll operations, employee records, and personnel matters.
• Coordinate payroll processing including attendance, overtime, and payment requests.
• Handle BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, insurance registration, and medical reimbursement.
• Maintain employee databases, contracts, and renewal processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training administration.
• Monitor discipline and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle resignations, clearance, exit interviews, and final employment.
