Job summary

PT.Tiga Warna Primer is seeking an HR Specialist to oversee the entire recruitment cycle, manage employee records, and assist with payroll-related tasks in a structured, compliant environment. The role involves translating policies and reports between Indonesian and Mandarin, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth communication with Chinese management.

The ideal candidate will have strong Mandarin proficiency, attention to detail, and experience with HR data management.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in HR Management, Psychology, Law, Mandarin Chinese, or related field.
• Must be able to actively communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Experience in HR administration, payroll support, and attendance calculations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process: post vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews, translate communications between candidates and Chinese management, and handle offers.
• Maintain employee data, contracts, documents, and administrative updates securely.
• Handle attendance, leave requests, tardiness, and assist with monthly salary and allowances calculations.
