Job summary

PT FENI HALTIM is seeking an experienced HR Manager who can bridge Mandarin and Indonesian teams. You will lead all HR activities, from recruitment to labor relations, while ensuring policies support business growth.

The role requires 5-7 years in HR, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, or related field, and strong communication and presentation skills. Mandarin fluency is essential. Willingness to be placed in North Maluku-East Halmahera is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR Manager experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and corporate policy.
• CHRP/CHRM certification is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in North Maluku-East Halmahera.

Responsibilities

• Translate Mandarin-Indonesian orally and in writing.
• Plan, develop, implement, and manage all HR activities.
• Design HR policies aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee recruitment process from needs to selection.
• Establish and manage performance appraisal system.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee salary, benefits, and incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Provide guidance on career development and welfare.
• Monitor HR budget and efficiency.
