Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience working with HRIS, payroll processing, and attendance systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, specifically PPh21.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS database.
• Process end-to-end monthly payroll and attendance data on time.
• Calculate and ensure PPh21 income tax compliance for employees.
• Facilitate clear communication between management and Mandarin-speaking staff.
