Zusammenfassung

PT. Horizon Construction Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, recruit end-to-end, and maintain confidential employee records in Jakarta. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, with English a plus.

You will help with payroll, benefits, policy implementation, and regular HR reporting while coordinating with management on workforce planning. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HRM/related fields and at least three years of HR

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• Min 3 years in HR operations or HR generalist role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR administration.
• Experience with recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, HR policies and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily HR operations, including employee administration, personnel records, and HR documentation.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding.
• Handle employee data management, attendance, leave administration, and HR reporting.
• Assist in payroll preparation, compensation and benefits administration, and BPJS-related benefits.
• Support HR policy implementation in line with Indonesian labor laws.
• Coordinate with Chinese-speaking management on HR matters and workforce planning.
• Translate HR policies and documents between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Support employee relations, performance management, training, and engagement activities.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare regular HR reports, headcount updates, recruitment progress, and workforce data.
