Job summary

PT Onmuse Industrial Indonesia is seeking a communicative and detail-oriented HR professional fluent in Mandarin to bridge Chinese management with local employees and manage day-to-day HR operations.

In this role you will handle recruitment, HR administration, translate HR documents, ensure labor compliance, support training and performance reviews, and prepare HR reports.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency (spoken & written) required.
• D3 or Bachelor's degree in HR/psych/law or related field.
• 2–3 years HR Generalist/HR Staff experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS familiarity a plus.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

PT Onmuse Industrial Indonesia is looking for a communicative and detail-oriented HR professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge communication between Chinese management and local employees, while handling day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage HR administration (employee data, work contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll support).
• Serve as a communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees or external parties.
• Draft and translate HR documents (SOPs, company policies, internal memos) to/from Mandarin.
• Handle employee relations matters, including mediation and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations (Manpower Law, BPJS, employee tax, etc.).
• Support employee development programs, including training and performance reviews.
• Assist in preparing periodic HR reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience as an HR Generalist / HR Staff / HRD.
• Active proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) required, as the role involves direct communication with Mandarin-speaking management/clients.
• General understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to work from monday to saturday.

Competitive salary: IDR 15-20 million/month
