Job summary

• Experience in HR operations and strategic management.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labour law and government regulations.
• Payroll, BPJS, and HR budgets experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions including recruitment, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and HR administration.
• Ensure all HR policies comply with Indonesian Labour Law and regulations.
• Handle industrial relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and union/authorities communication.
• Serve as liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees across divisions.
• Oversee payroll systems, employee benefits, BPJS, and HR budgets with finance.
• Administer management including documentation, permits, and foreign workers from China.
• Prepare workforce data reports, manpower analysis, KPI evaluations, and HR documentation for management.
