Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia (Matcha Talent) is seeking a Head of HR to design, build, and institutionalize the HR function across multiple business units in a fast-growing Indonesian group. The role reports to the Owner and will shift HR from administration to a strategic, structured human capital framework.

You will establish foundational HR systems from scratch, oversee Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Policy Compliance, and Workforce Planning, and drive KPI/OKR

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or Psychology.
