PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia, a growing manufacturing and commercial group in Indonesia, seeks a Group HR Manager to standardize HR frameworks across headquarters and facilities. The role reports to the Group Owner and focuses on professionalizing HR management, KPI systems, and compliance for a diverse workforce including Chinese expatriates.

The ideal candidate will have extensive manufacturing HR leadership experience, fluency in Mandarin, and the ability to drive cross-cultural HR initiatives

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR/GA with 3+ years in a managerial/group role.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites and large employee populations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and industrial relations.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proven ability to lead HR policy development and KPI frameworks.
• Ability to work with business owners, senior management, plant leaders, and expatriates.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and standardize group-wide HR policies across subsidiaries and facilities.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and performance management frameworks for middle and senior management.
• Strengthen talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and HR practices across the group.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between Group Owner, Chinese expatriate management, and local HR teams.
• Manage Chinese expatriate employment administration, including contracts, work permits, and immigration.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, contracts, and company policies.
• Provide guidance on PKWT, PKWTT, termination, and employee relations.
• Lead and mentor plant-level HR teams across facilities.
• Standardize HR reporting across HQ and regional units.
• Support HR integration for new facilities and expansion projects.
