Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Bali, Indonesia seeks an HRBP Director to lead and strengthen the Human Resources function, partnering with the Founder/CEO to shape people strategy, governance, and organizational development in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business.

You will oversee compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives, building an agile HR framework across senior leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or strategic HR roles.
• Experience with executive leadership, founders, or C-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
• Experience in real estate, property development, hospitality, construction, or project-based industries preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational planning.
• Develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Advise management on workforce planning, design, performance management, and risks.
• Build and strengthen the HR function to support expansion.
• Develop HR governance frameworks, policies, and employee regulations.
• Standardize HR processes and best practices across the organization.
• Establish accountability structures and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead employee relations, disciplinary actions, restructuring, and change management.
• Review and standardize employment agreements (PKWT, PKWTT, etc.).
