Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an HRBP Director to lead and strengthen the organization’s Human Resources function. You will partner with executive leadership to craft strategic HR initiatives, governance frameworks, and compliant employment practices within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior HR leadership or strategic HR roles.
• Experience with executive leadership, founders, or C-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, employment regulations, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational planning.
• Develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
• Advise management on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and people-related risks.
• Build and strengthen the HR function to support business expansion.
• Develop and implement HR governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and employee regulations.
• Standardize HR processes and best practices across the organization.
• Establish accountability structures and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide management with recommendations.
• Lead employee relations, restructuring, and organizational change management.
