Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an HRBP Director in Bali, Indonesia to lead the HR function and partner with founders and C-level leaders on people strategy. You will ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and employee relations at scale.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in senior HR roles, strong labor law knowledge, hands-on HR governance experience, and excellent stakeholder management, with English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in real estate, property development, hospitality, or project-based industries is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational planning.
• Develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Advise management on workforce planning, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Build and strengthen HR governance frameworks, policies, and employee regulations.
• Lead compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Drive organizational development and performance management initiatives.
