You will craft HR strategies, establish governance frameworks, ensure Indonesian labor law compliance, manage employee relations, and drive organizational development in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

The role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate across business units while delivering high-performance culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education with related field.
• Proven experience in senior HR leadership
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
• Hands-on experience managing employment contracts and HR governance
• Experience working with executive leadership and C-level stakeholders
• Ability to design policies, org structures, and performance systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on people strategy and planning.
• Develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Advise management on workforce planning, performance management, and risks.
• Build and strengthen HR function to support expansion.
• Develop HR governance, policies, and employee regulations.
• Standardize HR processes and best practices across the organization.
• Establish accountability structures and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead employee relations, restructurings, and change management.
• Review and standardize employment agreements and other docs.
