Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a hands-on Head of HR to oversee the group's HR function across multiple sites in Indonesia. You will design and implement scalable HR policies, workforce planning, and talent development while aligning with business owners and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, law, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years HR experience, with 3–5 years in management roles.
• Hands-on across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, IR, PM, policy, HR admin.
• Experience in consumer electronics, trading/distribution, FMCG, or multi-site manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing large workforces (~1,000+ employees) desired.
• Fluent business English; Mandarin is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide HR SOPs, employee handbooks, company regulations, and HR compliance policies.
• Establish workforce planning, headcount budgeting, org structures, and manpower strategies.
• Develop and implement group-wide Performance Management Systems, KPIs, OKRs, and incentives.
• Partner with BU and plant leaders to set performance standards and improve productivity.
• Identify talent gaps and develop onboarding, training, and succession plans.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across executive to administrative functions.
• Oversee Chinese expatriate workforce governance and immigration compliance.
• Serve as HR liaison between Group Owner, expatriate managers, and local teams.
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication between local staff and Chinese stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS across sites.
• Head Compensation & Benefits governance, payroll oversight, benchmarking, and welfare.
