Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Law/HR/Management) and 8+ years HR experience.
• At least 5 years in senior HR leadership or HRBP roles, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience advising C-level leadership and managing employment contracts.
• Hands-on, strategic thinker able to operate in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

• Partner with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational planning.
• Develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
