Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is hiring a Group HR Manager to standardize and drive group-wide HR frameworks across HQ and multiple manufacturing sites in Indonesia. You will focus on policy development, KPI systems, and expatriate workforce governance, reporting to the Group Owner.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader in manufacturing with strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and Mandarin proficiency to coordinate with Chinese expatriate management and plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR management, law, business administration or psychology.
• Minimum 8 years HR and GA experience, with 3+ years in a managerial/group-level role.
• Proven experience managing HR across multiple manufacturing sites or entities.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and employment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize and implement group-wide HR policies, handbooks and procedures across subsidiaries and facilities.
• Design and implement KPI, performance evaluation, and performance management frameworks for mid- to senior-level management.
• Strengthen talent management, organizational development and succession planning.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between the Group Owner, expatriate management, plant leadership and local HR.
• Manage Chinese expatriate employment, work permits, immigration and compliance requirements.
• Ensure Indonesian labor regulation compliance and alignment with PKWT/PKWTT and labor policies.
• Guide plant HR teams in handling labor disputes, employee relations and industrial relations matters.
• Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple facilities and standardize HR reporting across HQ and regional units.
