Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Group HR Manager to standardize and implement HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple manufacturing facilities in Indonesia. The role reports to the Group Owner and focuses on professionalizing HR management, establishing KPI and performance systems, and ensuring labor compliance, including Chinese expatriate workforce governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR and General Affairs experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or group-level role.
• Proven experience managing HR across multiple manufacturing sites or entities.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or large workforce environments.
• Experience with organizations of ~1,000+ employees preferred.
• Proven track record developing HR policies, KPI frameworks, and performance systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, employment contracts, industrial relations, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing Chinese expatriate employment and immigration requirements, including RPTKA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize and implement group-wide HR policies and procedures across HQ and facilities.
• Design and implement KPI, performance evaluation, and succession frameworks for mid- and senior management.
• Strengthen talent management, organizational development and professional HR practices across the group.
• Serve as primary HR liaison between Group Owner, Chinese expatriate executives, plant leaders, and HR teams.
• Oversee expatriate employment administration, work permits, immigration requirements, onboarding and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies across all entities.
• Guide management on PKWT, PKWTT, terminations, employee relations and related matters.
• Lead and mentor plant-level HR teams across multiple facilities and units.
• Standardize HR reporting and practices across headquarters and regional units.
• Support plant HR teams on industrial relations, labor disputes and grievances.
