MatchaTalent is seeking a hands-on Head of HR for a fast-growing Indonesian manufacturing and commercial group based in Jakarta. You will lead the development and implementation of a scalable HR framework spanning talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, industrial relations, and HR policy across multiple sites.

The role reports to the Founder/Group Owner and requires strong cross-cultural leadership, experience with domestic labor regulations and BPJS, and the ability to build

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7–10+ years of broad HR experience across multiple pillars.
• Proven ability to build HR systems, policies and processes from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Build, formalize, and improve group-wide HR SOPs, policies, and compliance.
• Establish workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and organizational structures.
• Develop and implement group-wide Performance Management Systems with KPIs/OKRs.
• Partner with leaders to set manpower requirements and improve recruitment for critical roles.
• Oversee governance for Chinese expatriate workforce incl. onboarding and work authorization.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions.
• Strengthen HR processes, reporting, and analytics across group entities.
