PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Group HR Manager to standardize HR frameworks across HQ and multiple manufacturing sites in Indonesia. The role reports to the Group Owner and focuses on professionalizing HR management, KPI systems, and labor compliance, including expatriate workforce governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years HR and General Affairs across multiple sites, incl. managerial/group level.
• Experience leading HR functions across manufacturing sites and large employee populations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, industrial relations and compliance.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese; proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, standardize and implement group-wide HR policies, handbooks and procedures across HQ and manufacturing facilities.
• Design and implement structured KPI, performance evaluation, and management frameworks for mid/senior levels.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and organizational development across the group.
• Serve as HR liaison between owners, expatriate executives, plant leadership and local HR teams.
• Oversee expatriate employment administration: contracts, work permits and immigration.
