Job summary

PT Selera Nikmat Nusantara seeks an experienced Head of Training (F&B) in Jakarta Raya to design, implement and manage comprehensive training programmes for our hospitality team. You will lead curriculum development, delivery, and assessments to ensure service excellence and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in a training or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record designing and delivering training programmes in hospitality or restaurant environments.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, food safety, hygiene and menu management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design comprehensive training curricula for all levels of F&B staff.
• Deliver engaging training sessions on service standards, food safety, hygiene, menu knowledge and customer service.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
• Create and maintain training documentation, SOPs and reference materials.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Mentor and coach staff to ensure consistent application of training standards.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate modern F&B training methodologies.
• Collaborate with department managers to align training with operational objectives.
• Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
