Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and create training plans.
• Design and implement Learning and Training Programs across departments to develop both soft and hard skills.
• Create training curricula or modules.
• Develop IDPs to support career growth.
• Manage annual and monthly training programs aligned with the training plan.
• Develop SOPs to standardize training delivery.
• Measure training impact using metrics.
• Prepare monthly and annual reporting.
