Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in training and development in FnB/hospitality.
• Proven ability to design and deliver workplace training programs.
• Knowledge of FnB operations, standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong instructional design skills.
• Experience developing assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with on-the-job training delivery (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO or industry certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and design comprehensive training programmes and curricula for FnB operations.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to staff at all levels.
• Create and maintain training materials, assessments, and resources for FnB requirements.
• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development areas.
• Assess employee competency and performance through evaluations.
• Develop and implement standardised assessment frameworks to measure training effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training on performance and development.
• Maintain training records and produce reports on delivery and outcomes.
• Stay current with FnB industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with managers to align training with business objectives.
• Mentor and support team members involved in training delivery and assessment.
