Job summary

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is seeking an experienced Regional Trainer to design and implement leadership development programs for ASMs and Store Managers across our growing Dikichi footprint. You will create materials, lead sessions, and ensure practical application of training across multiple outlets.

Your role includes coaching leaders in people management, performance coaching, and operational excellence, while collaborating with Operations and Management to build talent pipelines and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with strong restaurant operations knowledge.
• Experience as Store Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Manager in F&B.
• Hands-on experience managing store operations, leading teams, and achieving targets.
• Understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, sales, food costs, labor costs, and profitability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stores and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design Leadership Development Programs for ASM and SM.
• Develop training materials, modules and practical learning activities.
• Conduct training and refreshment sessions to maintain leadership competencies.
• Coach ASM/SM in team leadership, performance management and operations.
• Monitor training implementation via store visits and observations.
• Evaluate training outcomes and identify gaps for follow-up coaching.
• Provide operational support and back-up in store leadership roles.
• Build a store leadership pipeline with Operations and Management.
• Support improvement of sales, labor, food costs and other KPIs.
• Analyze store P&L and help leaders understand cost structures and variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives.
