Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a service-oriented role in F&B.
• Experience in training, coaching or mentoring staff.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational skills for training programs.
• Proficiency with training materials and AV equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Fluency in Indonesian; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes for staff.
• Conduct induction and onboarding training.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
• Assess training needs via observation and feedback.
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Conduct refresher and specialised sessions on service and safety.
• Support new service initiatives through training.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with management to align training with goals.
