Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional, courteous assistance.
• Assist guests with membership reservations, transportation arrangements and other personal services.
• Handle guest requests promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate special guest requests and liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain a professional service and uphold company standards in all interactions.
• Log and track guest preferences and special notes in the system for future reference.
• Stay informed about all membership services, promotions, and operating hours.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and privacy at all times.
