Job summary

Tasvan Bali is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and explain villa facilities, amenities, and house rules.

You will respond promptly to guest requests, arrange transport, bookings, tours, and local activities, and coordinate with housekeeping and villa staff to ensure guest satisfaction remains high.

This role requires English proficiency, a guest-oriented mindset, and flexibility to work six days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in guest relations or related hospitality role.
• Diploma in Hospitality preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Well-groomed, friendly, confident, professional, and guest-oriented.
• Willing to work 6 days/week, including weekends, shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out and explain villa facilities, amenities, rules, and available services.
• Serve as the main point of contact and respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and special arrangements.
• Assist guests with transportation, restaurant bookings, tours, activities, and other local arrangements.
• Maintain good guest communication, handle complaints professionally, and escalate serious issues to the Villa Manager.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and villa operations to ensure guest needs are handled properly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and follow up on requests or unresolved issues.
• Report any guest incidents, damaged items, complaints, or operational issues immediately.
