Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fast response and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and service-minded.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with additional services such as Floating Breakfast, Airport Transfer, Tours, and more.
• Coordinate guest requests with on-site operations via WhatsApp.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Support check-in/check-out communication and provide local recommendations.
• Maintain records of guest requests and service arrangements.
