Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and engage guests throughout Reload Sanctuary.
• Build relationships with regulars, first-time visitors, and VIP guests.
• Provide accurate information on facilities, memberships, and classes.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle guest data, maintain CRM records, and follow up.
