Job summary

You will assist guests with transportation and activities, addressing requests and complaints professionally, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs to deliver

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Provide information regarding villa facilities and services.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist with transportation, activities, and other guest arrangements.
• Maintain accurate guest records and Front Office documentation.
• Ensure excellent guest service and follow company SOPs.
